SICAV account administration and contact details changes update

As we announced to Invesco Funds shareholders in March, we’re moving our account administration and our contact centre services from International Financial Data Services (Luxembourg) SA (“IFDS”) to The Bank of New York Mellon SA/NV, Luxembourg Branch (“BNYM”).

From 03 May 2021 onwards, BNYM will act as Registrar and Transfer Agent (as defined in the Prospectus of Invesco Funds).

This page contains key information in relation to the move, including what will change when we move to BNYM and how this will impact you. This page also contains copies of correspondence we have sent to agents and investors about the move.

Will my investments be impacted?

There will be no change to the way our funds are managed, our investment teams or their location.

New account number(s) and agent code

If you are an existing investor, you will have a new account number for every account you hold with us from 03 May 2021. This will typically be a new 8-digit account number for each account that you hold with us. You should continue to use your existing account number(s) until 30 April 2021.

If you are an existing agent, your current agent code will be replaced with a new agent code on 03 May 2021. Your codes will be between 6-8 digits long once the move has taken place – note that if you have a head agent code then your new code will still begin with “H” and if you have an individual broker code then this will still begin with a “B” from 03 May 2021 onwards.

We have written to investors directly with their new account number(s). We have also written to agents with their new broker code and their clients’ new account number(s). Please keep this information for your records because you will need to use it once the move has taken pace.

Updated contact details

Some of our contact details will change as a result of the move to BNYM. These details are included in our letters to investors and can be found in the leaflets attached to this page, and (where relevant) will also be displayed on our website once the move has taken place.

Electronic Trading Information

If you currently trade electronically please see this flyer for further information about Straight-Through Processing (“STP”) dealing from 03 May onwards, including details of trading suspensions on 30 April 2021. Note that our settlement account details will not be changing as a result of the migration to BNYM. This information is not relevant to Private Investors.

Please refer to the documents attached to this page for further information about the move. The latest Invesco Funds Prospectus has been available on our website since 10 March 2021 and can be found here.
